Finding myself.
Then building.

Football was the beginning.
Not the whole story.
I spent 15 years playing football, including two years as a college wide receiver. For most of my life, the game shaped how others knew me and how I defined myself. It taught me discipline, resilience, leadership, and the value of being part of something bigger. When that chapter ended, I had to discover who I was beyond football.
That journey took me through Florida A&M University, into the United States Air Force, and eventually into coaching and entrepreneurship. Each experience shaped me differently: football taught me to compete, the military strengthened my discipline and responsibility, and coaching showed me the impact I could have on someone else's life.
In June 2024, I co-founded Jacksonville Run Club around a simple belief: fitness can bring people together. Watching an idea grow into a community where people challenge themselves, build relationships, and find belonging changed what I believed was possible—and gave me the confidence to keep building.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of fitness, entrepreneurship, and community. Whether I'm coaching someone toward a goal or creating opportunities for people to connect, my purpose is the same: to make a meaningful impact and help others recognize strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Football was the beginning of my story, but it was never meant to be the whole story. I'm still building what comes next.
Strength & endurance
I lift, run, and continue to develop as an athlete. Training is a practice I return to, not just something I coach.
Showing up for people
I value the relationships that grow from doing something together and making time for one another.
A considered life
I make room for personal style, travel, reading, and reflection. The everyday moments belong in the story, too.
